Please be reminded of the following:

Payoff Request Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• No payoff figures can be given via telephone.
• Acceptable forms of payment to pay off your loan are wire transfer, bank check, money order, or certified check (no personal checks).
• If your payment is not received by the above date, you will need to request an updated quote.
• If you have an FHA loan that originated between August 2, 1985 and January 21, 2015, we`ll accept your payoff funds anytime. However, please ensure your payoff funds are received by the first business day of the month, otherwise an additional month`s interest will be charged per FHA guidelines^.

Payoff Statement will be sent within seven (7) business days of my completed request.
Requests received after 4:00pm CST are considered received on the following business day.
